Special Terms and Conditions

1. ebuero enables the client to participate in a membership program within the framework of which certain services and special conditions are granted with regard to the reservation of conference rooms and temporary offices. The services offered within the framework of the Membership Program are provided in accordance with the provisions of the Additional General Terms and Conditions - Business Center Services of ebuero AG. The various membership options include the following services and benefits:

The "Red Membership Card" entitles the holder to use the Business Center premises within the scope of the individually booked services and includes a one-time discount of 10% on the reservation of a conference room or temporary office. The "Red Membership Card" is available free of charge and can be used right from the first booking.

The "Silver Membership Card" entitles the client to receive a discount of 25% on all reservations of conference rooms or temporary offices and also includes the following services at the Friedrichstraße 171 location:

• Internet access (W-LAN) during use of the premises
• mineral water (1 bottle (0,25l) per participant) during conferences

• Use of a flipchart

For clients who have booked the services business address or registered office with the Contractor, the "Silver Membership Card" is available free of charge during the term of previously designated contracts. Upon termination of the aforementioned contracts, it is possible to maintain the "Silver Membership Card" at the fees stated in the service order or to cancel the membership card together with the respective service contracts.

The "Gold Membership Card" entitles the client to receive a discount of 50% on all reservations of conference rooms or temporary offices and additionally includes the following services at the location Friedrichstraße 171:

• Internet access (W-LAN) during use of the premises
• mineral water (1 bottle (0,25l) per participant) during conferences
• Use of a TV or projector during conferences
• Personal access card (Key Card) to the premises during opening hours
• Conference room upgrade service (larger conference room at no additional cost, if available)

2. The respective memberships have a contract term of six or twelve months at the discretion of the client and specified in the order. The notice period is one month to the end of the respective monthly accounting period. If the membership is not terminated, it is automatically extended by the original contract period of six or twelve months. With regard to termination formalities, § 3 para. 4 of the Additional General Terms and Conditions - Business Center Services of ebuero AG applies accordingly.

3.The fees are due monthly and will be paid by the payment method agreed with the client.

4. In the case of termination of the contract, the client is obliged to send the membership card to ebuero AG by post or to return it personally in the Business Center no later than seven days after the end of the contract.

5. The membership card is personal and non-transferable. Only the client himself is entitled to use his respective membership card. He commits himself not to give the membership card to another person for use, nor to duplicate or falsify it. The customer agrees to obligate his employees in possession of membership cards in accordance with the aforementioned.

6. In case of theft or other loss of a membership card, the client is obliged to inform ebuero AG immediately, so that the card can be blocked immediately and a replacement card can be obtained.
