We want you to feel comfortable in our Business Centers and to be able to concentrate fully on your appointment or your work. So if you have booked a room with us and are a guest on site, the following services are a matter of course for us:
- Use of Internet
- Use of common rooms (kitchenette, reception and sanitary areas)
- All additional costs (heating, water, electricity)
- Reception service and visitor care

Business-Club Membership | As a member of our Business Club you will not only receive discounts on all your room bookings but also many other benefits depending on your chosen membership! Let us advise you! RED: the free entry membership offers you a one-time 10% discount on your booking and the admission ticket to our Business Centers. SILVER: You get a 25% discount on all your bookings. In addition, highspeed Internet and mineral water are included in our Einstein Palais at Friedrichstraße 171 in Berlin (30 € / month for 6 months membership, 20 € per month for 12 months membership). GOLD: You receive a 50% discount on all your bookings as well as other exclusive GOLD services and benefits in our Einstein Palais at Friedrichstraße 171 in Berlin (60 € / month for 6 months membership period, 50 € per month for 12 months membership period). |

Booking conditions and cancellation fees:
- The minimum booking time is 2 hours.
- Overruns of the booking time only with availability of the room, for each exceeded hour a surcharge in the amount of 50% is raised.
- Bookings outside opening hours only by arrangement and plus surcharge.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 2 working days prior to booking.
- Cancellation one working day before booking: 50% of the room rent will be charged.
- Same day cancellation: 100% of the room rent will be charged.
- Cancellation deadlines for catering may vary.
